My wife and I found him through Dave Ramsey's ELP search, and after missing out on a lot of homes in Spokane due to bidding wars and homes being sold much above listing price, he ventured with us outside of Spokane to help us find a home that would work for our family. With his diligence, we were able to make the winning bid. All of this took place over the course of 6+ months, and he still stuck it out with us. We never felt pressured, and Jonas always answered any questions we had. He even had carpeting leftover from his own home renovations that he generously gave us so that we could replace the carpet in our son's room. Highly recommend his services!
