The buck stops here. If you’re having anything less than the best of experiences with me or any of my associates, I’m responsible. After being raised witnessing my Dad negotiate, mediate, and arbitrate the needs of IAM District 751 and its members, I knew I wanted to make a similar impact on the lives of those I represent.

I completed my education at EWU, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude with degrees in Public Relations, Marketing, and Organizational Communications, and later completed courses in Estimating with the National Association of Homebuilders, and Mediation with Northwest Mediation. I found my place in real estate over a decade ago and have been devoted to it since. My colleagues have recognized my strategies and systems in local, regional, and international publications. I’ve been awarded Best Complete Real Estate Campaign through the Public Relations Society of America, and have been consistently noted as a top producing agent in Spokane.

My commitment has been to provide my active clients with “first dibs” on the best of deals. As an Accredited Investor with the SEC, I only ask my clients to consider things I’ve done myself. Personally, I have experience owning multifamily properties, single family properties, bare land, condominiums, and am a commercial member of the Spokane Landlord Association. I also have personal experience developing land, subdividing, purchasing long-term holds, short-term holds, and flipping properties, as well as providing working capital to budding investors.

I have four beautiful children; whenever we are able, we enjoy spending time together as a family, or outdoors enjoying nature.

The first professional pictures Eugene Michael took for me, were of his mother’s house on the South Hill, which I subsequently sold. Since that time, Eugene has photographed over 100 listings, captured memories at our client appreciation events, and even shot my wedding. Eugene turns every property into visual art. Our clients consistently comment on how easy he is to work with, the time and care he takes when photographing their properties, and their appreciation for his final pictures of their home. He takes the same great care with every property as he did with his own mother’s house all those years ago.
