Josh has the heart of a teacher, literally. After obtaining a graduate degree in Applied Mathematics from The University of Montana, Josh took his skills as a mathematician to the classroom as an instructor for the Community Colleges of Spokane. While getting to know him as a client, we instantly connected. I was impressed by Josh’s keen attention to detail, ability to calculate equity and ROI (return on investment) for improvements. Josh had the smooth patience that typically only comes from a well-seasoned investor; I knew I needed him as part of my team.

Since that time, years ago, Josh has obtained his Real Estate license and works exclusively with our buyers, helping show properties on evenings and weekends as our clients need. When Josh isn’t out serving our clients, you’ll likely find him outdoors enjoying his time as an avid marksman, motocross rider, and general outdoorsman.
