Karla and her husband, Colonel Chet Roshetko, fell in love with Spokane while stationed at Fairchild Air Force Base, 2010-2013. After 20 moves in 27 years, they decided to unpack one last time and make the Inland Northwest a final home.  During this time, I became their realtor.  More importantly, our families became friends. While exploring home options, I quickly noticed Karla’s kindness, enthusiasm, and keen focus. Karla’s systematic knack and eye for detail make her a great advocate for our clients. She oversees the creation and distribution of our virtual tours, print, and online marketing efforts. As our marketing generates property showings, she communicates with other agents to obtain prompt feedback.
