I feel blessed to have been referred to Jonas by a dear friend of mine who happens to be a home appraiser. She told me he was the one to go to as he is a hard working honest man, and she knows quite a few realtors. I am new to the process of buying a home and Jonas was very responsive, patient and kind answering all my questions, making sure I understood every part of the process. I began the process of looking for a home almost two years ago. I was just about to sign another lease on the rental I was living in, when Jonas called me stating he received a call about a house that is not on the market yet. I was able to take a look at the house that same evening, and put a bid on it the next day. Thankfully, Jonas sends out post cards throughout the year, describing the kinds of homes his clients are looking for. The sellers of my new home received one of these post cards. I know the only reason I am sitting in my new home writing this is because the house did not go on the market! I am extremely blessed!!!!
