Jonas is an incredibly patient realtor who is willing to go the extra mile. My wife and I found him through Dave Ramsey's ELP search, and after missing out on a lot of homes in Spokane due to bidding wars and homes being sold much above listing price, he ventured with us outside of Spokane to help us find a home that would work for our family. With his diligence, we were able to make the winning bid. All of this took place over the course of 6+ months, and he still stuck it out with us. We never felt pressured, and Jonas always answered any questions we had.
