I have never left a positive or negative review for any business on any platform, so the fact that I am taking the time to write Jonas a review speaks volumes. I can sum up the experience to this: Listen to what Jonas says, because he is right. Go with him through his process because the end result is worth it. We thought we loved a house and he pointed out all of the things we weren’t seeing. Looking back, those things would have ruined our experience living in our first home. Now we are in a house that is in a nice neighborhood and we didn’t over pay. That is one key here: in this hot market, he knows how to navigate the negotiating process. We have friends who were told by their realtor to come in $25k over asking and still lost the house. Jonas helped us keep our emotions under control and we got ours for asking. That’s not to say you will too, but he will know how to get the best price. All in all, Jonas does everything you want in a realtor, and does it in a timely and responsive manner. You cannot go wrong.
