Jonas was phenomenal. He was there for us every step of the way selling our house, was patient and kind in educating us on the process. Within a couple days we had multiple offers, and he walked us through how to choose the best one based on buyer qualifications and ability to actually close on the deal. Everything went smoothly and perfectly. Not to mention the added extras such as his wife helping stage the house, a yard sale kit, rug doctor, and Indians tickets for his clients!!! If we ever move again we will go to Jonas, no question about that.

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to attend a series on Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University class through a scholarship offered by Jonas Elber. I always thought myself to be financially savvy having grown up with both my parents having business degree backgrounds, but in taking the course not only did I learn about consumer debt, but also how to make an effective every dollar budget, needs vs wants in our everyday life, and ways to effectively communicate about finances with my wife. Prior to the course, finances were a taboo subject between us, and something that I did on my own, but now we are not afraid to discuss this together and it has made our relationship much stronger and has made discussing money not a “scary thing.” We are currently working on erasing all consumer and student debt that we have and we are currently living like no one else, so we can live like no one else. Jonas helped me and my husband find our first home. We are transplants from across the state and he made the process so easy for us.
